Thank you for choosing Candidate Impact and for the trust you have placed in my services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Candidate Impact ("I," "me," or "my") website and services. By accessing my website or engaging with my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. What I do.
Candidate Impact provides recruitment coaching services to assist individuals in improving their job search, applications and interview skills, mainly in connection with the Swiss job market. These services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Services and prices.
I offer services such as crafting CVs, cover letters, document translations, professional network optimization, and interview coaching in exchange for payment. Different service packages are available, each with specific offerings described in the "Services" section on my website.
Impact Hour (1-hour coaching session)
I offer a one-hour coaching session (“Impact Hour”), providing focused support on a specific job search topic of your choice (e.g., CV adjustments, interview preparation, networking strategy, or career positioning).
The Impact Hour is a stand-alone service and does not include follow-up beyond the session. Its price is displayed on my website and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Premium Pack (6-month coaching program)
The Premium Pack includes all features of the Expert Pack—Impact CV, Impact Cover Letter, and Impact Interview—alongside tailored coaching, strategic guidance, and unlimited coaching for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
After this six-month period, all Premium coaching services end automatically unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF). I am not subject to VAT under current Swiss regulation; therefore, no VAT is charged.
I reserve the right to modify service descriptions and prices at any time; such changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.
3. Payment and ordering.
Orders must be placed directly via my website: www.candidateimpact.com.

Fill in your information and follow the steps.
Enter your payment details.
Confirm your order and payment.
Prices may vary based on the selected coaching package, your years of experience, and chosen delivery deadlines.
Payment is due in full before the commencement of any coaching session or work on your documents.
Payment options
I accept payments through the options displayed at checkout (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna, PayPal, Twint or similar providers depending on availability).
For the Premium Pack only, clients have the option to pay in 4 instalments via Stripe, where this feature is available.
By choosing a Stripe instalment plan, you agree to complete all instalment payments until the full balance is settled.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms. No physical signature is required.
4. Intellectual property
All content, materials, and resources provided as part of my coaching services, including but not limited to texts, presentations, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property rights and are owned by Candidate Impact. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or use any content without my explicit written consent.
Documents delivered to you are for your personal professional use only.
5. Confidentiality and data privacy
I respect your privacy and am committed to keeping your personal and professional information confidential.
The processing of your data is governed by my Privacy Policy, compliant with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
Please refer to the Privacy Policy available on my website for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and agree not to submit misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content.
6. Disclaimer of warranties.
I strive to provide high-quality coaching and guidance. However:
I do not guarantee specific results, job offers, interview success, or employment outcomes.
My services do not constitute legal, tax, financial, psychological, or medical advice.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or financial loss arising from the use of my services.
My total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
7. Ordering specifics.
If the service you ordered does not correspond to your actual situation (e.g., you select a CV package for 0–10 years of experience but have more than 10), I will request that you pay the applicable price difference.
If you do not agree, the order may be cancelled and any relevant payment refunded.
I accept CVs up to five (5) pages only.
8. Payment conditions.
Payment is required before any work begins.
Accepted payment methods include those listed on the website at checkout (e.g., credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Twint, Link, Klarna or similar providers depending on availability).
For the Premium Pack, clients may be offered additional payment options, including payment in 4 installments via Stripe, where available.
By entering into a Stripe installment plan, you acknowledge that cancelling or discontinuing coaching does not release you from your payment obligations.
9. Getting your order.
I will communicate with you via email, phone, and/or videoconference.
Your first draft (e.g., CV, cover letter, or other deliverable) will be delivered within ten (10) business days after:
our initial consultation call/video meeting, and
receipt of full payment and all necessary information.
You have ten (10) days after receiving the first version to request changes.
After this period, any new request for modifications requires a new order at the current rate.
All documents are provided electronically in Word and PDF formats.
You are responsible for keeping your files. After 365 days, I am no longer responsible for storing or providing past documents.
Impact Hour scheduling
Impact Hour sessions take place on the agreed date and time.
Rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
Any missed or unattended session (“no-show”) is considered delivered and non-refundable.
Premium Pack usage period
All coaching sessions and support included in the Premium Pack must be used within the six-month period starting from the date of purchase.
Unused time or sessions beyond this period are forfeited and non-refundable.
10. Refunds.
Due to the personalised nature of my services, all sales are final.
No refund will be issued once work has begun (including scheduling, preparation, or document review).
Impact Hour refunds
Impact Hour bookings are non-refundable once scheduled, unless I cancel the session myself.
This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under Swiss law.
11. Changes to terms.
I may revise these Terms from time to time.
The date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
Changes apply to future orders only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Termination.
I may suspend or terminate your access to my services without notice if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or use my services unlawfully or abusively.
Outstanding fees remain payable.
No refunds are provided for services already delivered or initiated.
You may discontinue using my services at any time, but this does not entitle you to a refund.
13. Applicable law & jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
